Job Description - Contact Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Acudeen Technologies is seeking a dedicated and confident Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing flexibility for the right candidate. The Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers regarding products and services. 2. Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Utilize strategic planning skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery. 7. Meet performance metrics and goals set by management. 8. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Must have a dedicated home office setup with reliable internet connection. 7. Associate level seniority preferred.
