Contact Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Insider is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Makati, NCR, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role at the Associate level.

As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will need to have strong communication skills and be able to efficiently and effectively assist customers with any questions or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Provide accurate information about products or services - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner - Document all interactions with customers in our CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet established performance metrics for quality and productivity

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Strong negotiation and decision-making skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service best practices - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
