Job Description - Contact Center Specialist - Remote Work


Job Description:


Petron Corporation is looking for a Contact Center Specialist to join our remote team in Makati, NCR. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields. The Contact Center Specialist will primarily be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat communications.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate to higher management when necessary - Document all customer interactions in the company's database accurately - Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - Resourceful and driven personality traits - Strong leadership and persuasion skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
