Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Care Assistant to join our remote team at San Miguel Corporation in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to provide the best possible customer service experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
Requirements: - Resourceful and driven with a strong desire to help others - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong people management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and understanding - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent
