Customer Care Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Penshoppe, a leading fashion brand, is seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues they may have - Educate customers on product features and promotions to drive sales - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and passionate attitude towards customer care - Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries - Persuasion skills to upsell products and services to customers - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work remotely and efficiently manage time - High school diploma or equivalent
