Job Description:
ChatGenie is currently seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our remote team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. This position is at the Associate level, and we require a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide support and assistance to customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system - Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and recommend solutions - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience - Proven track record of providing excellent customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Resilient and hardworking attitude - Creativity and problem-solving skills - High school diploma or equivalent required
