Customer Care Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Puregold Price Club Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and assist customers with placing orders - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and dedicated attitude - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
