Customer Care Associate - Remote Work

We are looking for a reliable and confident Customer Care Associate to join our team at AIDE Home Health Care. This is a remote part-time position based in Parañaque, NCR, PH, with the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding our services - Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues - Maintain customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building rapport - Work closely with other team members to ensure customer needs are met - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
