Job Description:
Grab Philippines is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Officer, working remotely in Manila, NCR, PH. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals who are hardworking, independent, and possess strong persuasion and research skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide efficient and effective resolution to customer issues in a timely manner. 3. Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Strong research skills to gather information and provide relevant solutions to customers. 4. Ability to empathize with customers and understand their perspectives. 5. Comfortable working in a remote environment and using virtual communication tools. 6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software. 7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
