Customer Care Representative - Remote Work

As a Customer Care Representative at Fetch Valet, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients from the comfort of your own home in Davao City, PH. This part-time, remote position requires a high level of independence and reliability, as well as excellent analytical and persuasion skills.

**Responsibilities:** 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Resolving customer issues and complaints with a friendly and empathetic approach 3. Educating customers on our products and services to ensure their satisfaction 4. Documenting all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system 5. Collaborating with other team members to continuously improve our customer care processes

**Requirements:** 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills 3. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively 4. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills 5. Persuasive communication style to effectively address customer concerns 6. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace 7. Ability to work part-time hours on a flexible schedule
