Job Description - Customer Care Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:


Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Care Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, in a remote work setting. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer care or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments for resolution. 4. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support. 5. Document all interactions with customers accurately and professionally. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve customer care processes and procedures. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. 4. Creativity in finding solutions to customer issues. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency with basic computer applications and software. 7. Experience working in a remote customer care role is a plus.
