Job Description - Customer Care Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:


Grab Philippines is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our team on a part-time basis in a remote work setting. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients through various communication channels.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to their concerns in a timely and professional manner - Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and understanding - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals set by the company - Continuously look for ways to improve processes and enhance customer service


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively - Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
