Job Description - Customer Care Specialist - Remote Work

Expedock is currently seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As an Associate Level employee, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess the personality traits of confidence and independence. Additionally, strong soft skills in teamwork and time management are essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate resolutions - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and remain confident in challenging situations - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - Availability to work part-time hours, with flexibility for occasional overtime
