Customer Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Service Assistant to join our remote team at Cloudstaff. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from your location in Parañaque, NCR, PH.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a professional and timely manner 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, account inquiries, and issue resolution 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 4. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures 6. Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers 3. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications 4. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines consistently 5.
