Customer Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description: Sprout Solutions is seeking a reliable and independent Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be Remote Work based in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a Customer Service Assistant at Sprout Solutions, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with empathy and efficiency. 3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Associate degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience. 3. Must be reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 4. Strong leadership and negotiation skills. 5. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other customer service software. 7. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.
