Job Description - Customer Service Assistant - Remote Work

Fetch Valet is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Customer Service Assistant to join our remote team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain customer records and update account information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the management team


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Prior experience working remotely is preferred - Adaptability to changing priorities and high-pressure situations - Resilience to handle difficult customers and challenging situations - Presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues - Analytical skills to evaluate customer data and identify trends
