Penshoppe, a leading fashion retail company, is seeking a remote Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team in Manila, NCR, Philippines. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are hardworking, independent, and looking to gain valuable experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product questions, order tracking, returns, and other inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
