Job Description - Customer Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


San Miguel Corporation is seeking a passionate and independent Customer Service Associate to join our team on a remote part-time basis in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management and negotiation skills, along with a strong ability to prioritize understanding and empathy in all interactions.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
