Monde Nissin is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Service Manager to join our team in a remote work position based in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, this role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage the customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures 3. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner 4. Monitor and analyze customer service KPIs and metrics to identify areas for improvement 5. Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for customer service representatives 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service 8. Plan and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field 2. Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite 6. Ability to work independently and remotely 7. Teamwork and cooperation skills 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
