Job Description:
Meralco, a leading electric utility company based in Quezon City, NCR, PH, is currently seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement. 5. Train and onboard new customer service team members. 6. Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous development. 7. Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Proven track record of managing a team and achieving key performance metrics. 3. High emotional intelligence to effectively deal with diverse customer interactions. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
