Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Megaworld Corporation is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Makati, NCR, PH, and we are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in customer service management at a mid-to-senior level.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the customer service team and ensure that all customer inquiries and issues are handled in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor customer service metrics, such as response times and resolution rates, and make recommendations for improvement. 4. Train and mentor customer service representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide exceptional service. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer. 6. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to improve overall customer experience. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in customer service management. 2. Resilient and energetic personality traits. 3. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
