Job Description - Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team at SM Investments Corporation. This is a part-time remote work position based in Makati, NCR, Philippines. As the Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintaining customer records and ensuring accuracy of information - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service - Independent and energetic personality traits - Attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Ability to work remotely and manage time efficiently - Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
