Job Description - Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


HealthNow is seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Officer to join our team remotely in Davao City, PH. As an Associate Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive customer service approach - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service - Energetic and motivated personality - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proven track record of providing excellent customer service - Proficiency in using customer service software and productivity tools - Innovation and problem-solving skills - Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
