Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Revolution Precrafted is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. We are looking for an adaptable and driven individual with at least 3 years of experience in customer service.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will need to have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to think creatively to solve customer issues. Analytical skills will also be essential in identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and guidance to customers - Processing orders and managing returns or exchanges - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meeting and exceeding customer service goals and targets

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer service - Adaptable and driven personality traits - Strong creativity and analysis skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
