Job Description:

Megaworld Corporation is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to work remotely from the comfort of their own home. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Managing customer accounts and updating information as needed - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Hardworking and dedicated individual who is passionate about providing top-notch customer service - Strong planning and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite
