Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Emperador Distillers Inc. is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity based in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH suitable for an Associate Level individual with at least 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in our systems - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet individual and team performance targets

Requirements: - Proven track record in customer service with a minimum of 3 years of experience - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - High emotional intelligence to handle challenging customer interactions with tact and diplomacy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting - Proficient in using customer service software and tools - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
