Customer Success Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Bench. As a remote team member based in Makati, NCR, Philippines, you will be responsible for supporting our customers and ensuring their success with our products and services. This is a part-time, entry-level position requiring at least 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance with product usage and troubleshooting. - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products and address any issues they may have. - Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth through customer engagement and support. - Assist with customer onboarding and training activities to ensure a smooth transition to our products. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to inform product development and improvement efforts.

Requirements: - Resilient and dedicated mindset to persevere through challenging situations and prioritize customer success. - Strong persuasion and project management skills to effectively communicate and execute customer success initiatives. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
