Job Description - Customer Success Assistant - Remote Work


Job description:


AIDE Home Health Care is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Assistant to join our team. This is a remote work position based in Pasig, NCR, with part-time hours. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to ensure their satisfaction with our services 2. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues 3. Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalating to the appropriate team members when necessary 4. Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement 5. Work independently to manage a high volume of customer interactions effectively 6. Collaborate with the Customer Success team to enhance customer experience and retention 7. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment 2. Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems 3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software 6. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
