Customer Success Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Customer Success Associate to join our team at Penshoppe as a remote worker in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level position, you should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or related fields. The ideal candidate for this role should be driven and resilient, with strong decision-making and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Communicating with customers via email, phone, and chat to provide support and assistance - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty - Providing product and service recommendations based on customer needs and preferences - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Supporting the sales team with customer account management and outreach efforts

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
