Job Description:
Workbean is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and address any issues they may have - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and provide insights to the rest of the team - Assist with customer onboarding and training to ensure successful implementation of our products - Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong persuasion and communication skills - Excellent analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with CRM software and helpdesk systems - Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
