Job Description:
ABS-CBN Corporation is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Success Associate to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As a member of the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions - Answer customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate as needed - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and propose improvements - Assist in the onboarding process for new customers and provide ongoing support and guidance - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are utilizing our products and services effectively
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working remotely and managing time effectively - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
