Customer Success Manager - Remote Work

Machine Ventures is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote work position based in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH, the Customer Success Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Develop a deep understanding of the client's business needs and goals - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and escalations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services - Provide regular updates and reports to clients on performance metrics - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer success management

Requirements: - 7 years of experience in a customer success or account management role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment - Self-motivated with a drive to exceed customer expectations - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
