Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Success Officer to join our team at Gcash, a leading financial technology company based in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This position is part-time and entry-level, with the opportunity for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, and possess the personality traits of adaptability and confidence.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to provide support and troubleshoot any issues they may be facing with our product or services - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the customer experience and drive customer loyalty - Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve our products and services - Monitor customer feedback and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues - Experience in strategic planning and problem-solving - Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus - Knowledge of financial technology and the banking industry is a plus
