Customer Success Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Customer Success Officer at Globe Telecom, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers through exceptional service and support. This is a remote work position based in Makati, NCR, PH, and is a part-time role suitable for an experienced professional with at least 4 years of experience at the Associate Level.

Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience - Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely resolution of issues and addressing any concerns or feedback - Collaborate with internal teams to drive product improvements based on customer feedback - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty - Provide training and support to customers on our products and services - Analyze data and metrics to track customer success and identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in customer success or a similar role - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting - Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated leadership abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
