Customer Success Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Customer Success Officer at Pushkart.ph, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience while using our platform. You will be the main point of contact for customers, assisting them with any inquiries, issues, or feedback they may have. This role is vital in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via email, phone, or chat to provide assistance and resolve any issues they may have - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with our services and address any concerns they may have - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote customer retention and upsell opportunities - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to foster loyalty and advocacy - Provide training and support to customers on how to use our platform effectively - Continuously monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve them

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Dedicated and adaptable with a strong customer focus - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Persuasive and able to influence customer behavior - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
