Customer Success Representative - Remote Work

Saphron is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Success Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring they are satisfied with our products and services - Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone - Identify and address customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and increase customer satisfaction - Track customer interactions and feedback to improve our products and services - Meet and exceed customer success metrics and KPIs

Requirements: - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong teamwork and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Prior experience in customer service or a related field - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
