Customer Success Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Kumu is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and support - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Advocate for customers within the company to drive product improvements and enhancements - Monitor customer accounts and proactively reach out to prevent potential issues - Assist with onboarding new customers and provide training and guidance as needed - Track and report on key customer success metrics

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Driven and reliable with a strong work ethic - Strong analytical skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficient in technology and comfortable learning new tools and software - Bachelor's degree preferred
