Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Customer Success Representative to join our team at Century Pacific Food, Inc. This is a remote work position, based in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support. 2. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new customers and facilitate a smooth transition. 4. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and provide guidance on how to optimize their use of our products or services. 5. Monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 6. Work closely with internal teams to advocate for the customer and drive overall customer satisfaction. 7. Utilize customer success tools and systems to track performance metrics and ensure timely follow-up.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry. 2. Resourceful and adaptable, with the ability to problem-solve and think creatively. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. 4. Experience in strategic planning and implementing customer success initiatives. 5. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in customer success tools and CRMs.
