Job Description - Customer Success Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Advance, a cutting-edge technology company, is seeking a motivated and independent Customer Success Specialist to join our remote team in Makati, NCR, Philippines. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer success.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to our customers through various channels, such as emails, phone calls, and social media. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. - Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address and resolve any issues or concerns. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. - Proactively identify trends and patterns in customer feedback to improve our products and services.


Requirements: - Strong motivation to succeed and willingness to work independently in a remote setting. - Excellent cooperation skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Demonstrated leadership traits to take ownership of customer success initiatives. - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently.
