Job Description - Customer Support Assistant - Remote Work


Job Description:


Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Support Assistant to join our remote team. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns. 7. Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team members. 8. Assist in improving customer support processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Adaptable and independent, with the ability to work autonomously. 3. Attention to detail and excellent time management skills. 4. High school diploma or equivalent. 5. Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite. 6. Ability to work in a remote team environment. 7. Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
