Job Description:
Lazada Philippines is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Assistant to join our team. This is a remote work position based in Manila, NCR, Philippines. As a part-time role, the Customer Support Assistant will support our customers with their inquiries and concerns through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while handling all customer interactions. 3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues. 5. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve our services. 6. Stay up-to-date with product information and promotions to assist customers effectively. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. 8. Handle escalated customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Confidence and motivation to excel in a fast-paced remote work environment. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and strategic planning abilities. 4. Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. 6. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. Flexible schedule to accommodate work hours.
