Job Description: As a Customer Support Assistant at Meralco, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely from your location in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and live chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction - Assist with order processing and fulfillment - Stay up to date on products and services offered by Meralco - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and confident personality traits - Strong analytical and people management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software - Ability to work remotely and independently - High school diploma or equivalent
