Customer Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Customer Support Associate to join our team at Puregold Price Club Inc. This is a remote work position based in Manila, NCR, Philippines. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with products or services. 4. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Strive to meet and exceed customer service goals and targets. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. 2. Strong time management and organizational skills. 3. Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively. 4. Comfortable working remotely and independently. 5. Proficient in using customer service software and tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred. 7. Resourceful and energetic personality traits preferred.
