Job Description - Customer Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


MetroMart is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote work position, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home in Pasig, NCR, PH. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support and possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with a high level of accuracy and efficiency - Provide product information, pricing, and technical support to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges using our internal systems - Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer inquiries - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and communication logs - Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to management for process improvement


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Resourceful and dedicated work ethic - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
