Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


Silverworks, a leading jewelry company based in Taguig, NCR, PH, is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote work basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer support and a proven track record of success.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote customer support representatives - Develop and implement customer support strategies and processes - Monitor customer support performance metrics and make adjustments as needed - Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Train and onboard new customer support team members - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - 8+ years of experience in customer support, with at least 2 years in a leadership role - Proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction goals - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong leadership and analysis skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Experience working in a remote setting is a plus
