Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

Job description:


Emperador Distillers Inc. is seeking a passionate and adaptable Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate-level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure excellent customer service. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 3. Monitor customer interactions and provide coaching and feedback to team members. 4. Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience. 6. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement. 7. Prepare and present reports on customer service metrics and trends.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong project management skills. 4. Experience with customer service software and CRM tools. 5. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively. 6. Presentation skills.
