Job Description: Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer support management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives to deliver exceptional service to our customers - Develop and implement customer support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty - Monitor customer support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Train and coach customer support team members to improve their performance and skills - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience - Conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions with team members - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in customer support
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer support management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities - Motivated and driven personality traits - Proficiency in planning and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work remotely and adapt to changing work environments - Experience working in an e-commerce or retail industry is a plus
