Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

Expedock is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote and require the candidate to work from their own home in Makati, NCR, PH.


Responsibilities: - Managing a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service. - Developing and implementing customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. - Handling escalated customer issues and providing resolutions in a timely and efficient manner. - Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. - Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members to enhance performance. - Creating and maintaining customer support documentation and procedures.


Requirements: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Energetic and resourceful personality traits. - Adaptability and persuasion as key soft skills. - Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and delivering delight. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
