Job Description:
Petron Corporation is looking for a reliable and resilient Customer Support Manager to work remotely from Manila, Philippines. As a part-time Associate level position, the Customer Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing the customer support team, managing customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer support roles and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor customer support metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Provide ongoing training and support to customer support representatives. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. 6. Implement best practices for customer support and service delivery. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 5+ years of experience in customer support roles. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 5. Persuasion and strategic planning skills. 6. Ability to work remotely and manage a virtual team effectively. 7. Reliable and resilient personality traits. 8. Proficiency in customer support software and tools.
