Job Description - Customer Support Officer - Remote Work

Grab Philippines, a leading technology company in the transportation industry, is seeking a dynamic and driven Customer Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Manila, NCR, PH.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to Grab users through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to users - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Stay up to date on Grab's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation and resources - Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Energetic and driven personality traits - Proficiency with technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions - Experience in the transportation or technology industry is a plus
